Materials Required to Hydraulic Jack Experiment :
We have made this simple science project using some simple materials.Some of materials needed for making Hydraulic jack experiment are :
- Take sixteen strong cardboard’s having length 12cm and breadth of 1.5 cm.
- 20cm long medical pipe is taken. You can get this pipe form pharmacy (medical store).
- Medical pipe connector is also needed.
- Get some strong bamboo sticks. We have use sausage stick for this purpose.
- Take two syringe, One of 10mla and next 20ml. You can also use same size syringe.
- Some of other materials needed are hot melting glue, sharp knife, metal scale, etc.
How to make Hydraulic hydraulic scissor jack experiment :
- First of all divide each cardboard’s into three points.
- With thin needle make holes into those three points for all sixteen cardboard’s. After this we have used sausage sticks for making bigger hole. Repeat this process for all cardboard’s.
- Cut eighteen bamboos sticks having ten centimeter each.
- Arrange all cardboard’s in crisscross and pass the bamboo sticks.
- Close all the end of sticks using hot glue.
- Repeat this process in another end also.
- Finally our chain is ready.
- We have made a cardboard base where our whole project stands.
- Glue the front two ends of chain on the cardboard base.
- Attach the pressing end of one syringe to the chain as in below video. And glue that syringe to the base.
- Using medical pipe connect to another syringe .
- Finally our school science projects hydraulic jack is ready for demo.
